For the purpose of Alpharetta Recreation and Parks activity registration, a City of Alpharetta resident is defined as any person whose legal domicile is located within the city limit boundaries of the City of Alpharetta.  A mailing address should not be considered in determining residency since many areas in Fulton County and some areas of Cherokee and Forsyth Counties use the Alpharetta Post Office.
