Upon completion of construction, all buildings developed within the City of Alpharetta must receive a final inspection and secure a Certificate of Occupancy, prior to people being allowed to move into it. Provided here in Excel format is a listing of buildings for which a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued during the current calendar year.
