Presenting the work of artists from throughout the U.S., the Alpharetta Arts Streetfest is a yearly celebration of the arts in Alpharetta’s Historic District. We will close downtown streets and fill them with original, high-quality art, from artists across the U.S. This colorful festival features live jazz and acoustical music, cultural arts performances, children’s activities and festival cuisine. The Children’s Area is Going Green!
Children can create free fun art projects in the interactive “Art in Action” area presented by Out of the Box studio. They will also provide a pottery wheel demonstration for children to enjoy.
More opportunities for creative exploration through out the festival include henna tattoos, balloon art, ceramic art, wacky hair, face painting, Japanese bonsai trees, and much more.
In the Park
City of Alpharetta Environmental Coordinator will show children how to make their own Chia Pet from old socks and other environmental crafts in celebration of Earth Day. Enjoy an acoustical performance by John Emil on Saturday, April 24th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

GA 400 North, exit 9, left on Haynes Bridge Rd. Left on Old Milton Parkway. Right at light onto Main Street (SR9). Go through light at Milton Avenue, you will be passing the festival by the city park on your left.

ROAD CLOSURE MILTON AVENUE - Friday, April 23rd - At 5 p.m. until approx. 12 a.m. Sunday, April 25th on Milton Avenue from Main Street west to the intersection of Roswell St.-Canton St. will be completely closed.
