The Alpharetta Adult Activity Center at North Park provides recreation programs to adults age 50 years and older. Activities include Exercise, Tennis, Golf, Ceramics, Day Trips, Tai Chi, Senior Yoga Stain Glass and more!

People age 50 and up are invited to use our cardio fitness equipment, including treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bike, rowing machine, and total body exerciser.  Prior to using the fitness equipment, users must complete a Health History and Medical Release form.   There is no fee to use the fitness room.

Join the Alpharetta Golden Age Club!  Annual membership (January-December) is just $12 per person.  This is a great way to meet new friends and get involved in community events such as Breakfast with Santa and Alpharetta City  Band Concerts.  The Club operates the concession stand at the City Pool each summer.  Proceeds from concession sales are used to fund a variety of "senior" activities and charities.  Membership meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 10am.  Covered dish luncheons are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
