Old Business:

a.   MP-12-01/CLUP-12-01/V-12-02 Avalon (Tabled)
Request for a Master Plan amendment in order to allow changes to a previously approved site plan and to permit ‘for rent’ residential use, along with associated variances. In addition an amendment to Comprehensive Plan Housing Policy 2 (ratio of ‘for sale’ to ‘for rent’ housing) is also requested.  The property is approximately 86 acres in size and located at the northwest corner of Old Milton Parkway and Georgia 400 and legally described as being located in Land Lots 802, 803, 854, and 855, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

New Business:

a. CU-12-02 Hanuman Mandir (Hindu)
Consideration of a conditional use in order to permit a religious facility use at 390 Cumming Street, Suite B. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1193, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

b. MP-12-03/V-12-07 Brookside MP Amend/Tassa Carribean Express
Consideration of a request to add a restaurant use and a parking variance request at 4005 Old Milton Parkway. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 83, 1st District, 1st Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

c. PH-12-06 GA 9 – LCI Study – Deferred by Staff
Consideration of adoption of the Livable Centers Initiatives Hwy 9 study. The study area covers Hwy 9 from Mayfield Road in Alpharetta to Bethany Bend within Milton. 

d. PH-12-02 Unified Development Code – Miscellaneous Changes
Consideration of changes to the Unified Development Code which includes downtown aesthetics such as sidewalk furniture, and signs.

e. PH-11-19 Historic Downtown Incentive Zoning – Update
Consideration of changes to the Historic Downtown Incentive Zoning regulations.
