Have you noticed a pothole, traffic issue, neglected property, or other issue around Alpharetta that you think the City needs to address? A great way to tell us about it is by using our online SeeClickFix tool. The tool routes issue reports directly to the responsible department and creates a work order in our system, so it helps us provide fast attention. You can even include a photo of the issue that you are reporting.
Issues can be reported anonymously, or you can register as a user so that you receive communication from the City and know what is happening regarding the issue.
The City of Alpharetta was one of a handful of local governments that was using this type of technology when we introduced the SeeClickFix tool in May 2010. The application quickly proved to be a huge success and has been very popular with Alpharetta residents.
So far in 2022, more than 1,000 issue reports have been received through our SeeClickFix system; however, some issues are reported by multiple citizens so the number of actual issues is lower than the number of reports received. Across the 15 issue categories in our system this year , the average time for reported issues to be closed is 11.7 days, with streetlight outages and sidewalk repairs taking the longest time to resolve. The five issue types most frequently reported this year are:
- 1. Traffic
- 2. Residential Code Enforcement
- 3. Debris / Animal in Roadway
- 4. Pothole / Road Repair
- 5. Sidewalk Issue
SeeClickFix is available in the Apple Store and Google Play or you can use it from our website at www.alpharetta.ga.us/seeclickfix
