The City of Alpharetta’s Recreation, Parks & Cultural Services department has opened a new Community Center that is adjacent to the Ed Isakson YMCA. Preston Ridge Community Center is home to City programming, including art classes, senior activities, special events, workshops, and instructional programs. In addition, Preston Ridge Community Center is available for community groups to use for their activities, such as HOA meetings and private rentals.
Preston Ridge Community Center acquires a yearly approved Rental Policy & Use Agreement form.

Preston Ridge Community Center Rental Information
Preston Ridge Community Center offers available space for community meetings & private rentals. Preston Ridge does not allow any birthday parties, alcoholic beverages, food trucks, bounce houses, or pre-paid programs outside of the City. For any birthday party questions, please call the Alpharetta Community Center for more information (678-297-6117)
All applications must be filled out and turned in two months of the preferred event date. All bookings must be a minimum of two hours, fees do not include facility set-up/clean-up, a deposit of $200 is required .
